City of Riverside Names Michael Moore Fire Chief

Michael D. Moore, Fire Division Chief with the Orange County Fire Authority, has been named Fire Chief of the Riverside Fire Department. He starts Aug. 26. Moore, who started with the Orange County agency as a firefighter/paramedic in 1982, has worked the last 15 years in the position of Chief Officer. He most recently has worked as local Fire Chief for the City of Irvine, which contracts with the Fire Authority for fire services. Read More...
