The 20th Annual Martin Luther King Walk-A-Thon, sponsored by the Black History Committee (BHC), will begin at Stratton Community Center on Monday, January21 at 10 a.m. at 2008 Martin Luther King Boulevard.
Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and costs $10 per person. The walk will end at Riverside City College Digital Library located at 4800 Magnolia Ave. and will feature entertainment from 11:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. The MLK Walk-A-Thon is a 3.5 mile walk. Day of event on-site registration is accepted.
