Handmade quilts and purses, aprons and dishtowels, jewelry and holiday crafts are all in store from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3 at the First United Methodist Church Holidays Bazaar.
The public is welcome and the church has plenty of parking for this annual event at 4845 Brockton Ave., Riverside.
Proceeds support Mission Projects locally, nationally and internationally. Lunch is available for purchase.
Some of the most popular items in years past have been homemade jars of jelly, jewelry from Grandma's Attic, wreaths and gift baskets already beautifully decorated.
"The women of the church work all year on this project and it is always a highlight of the year," said Shirley Parks, one of the organizers. "It's like a craft fair and an estate sale all at once. I look forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new people."
