RFP for Soccer Complex Development

The proposed Complex shall entail the relocation of eleven (11) small sized soccer fields (190’ x 118’), five (5) medium sized soccer fields (300’ x 150’), and eight (8) full size soccer fields (360’ x 210’) currently located at the adjacent Ab Brown Soccer Complex and the construction of sufficient parking and applicable amenities such as concessions and restroom facilities. Furthermore, the complex is proposed to include the construction of a soccer stadium large enough to host professional exhibition, semi-professional, collegiate and high school soccer games/tournaments. The proposed stadium will include an artificial turf field, stadium seating, lighting for night games, locker rooms, sufficient parking and applicable amenities such as concession stands, restroom facilities and meeting space. |
