In the City of Riverside, Redevelopment is an essential
source of funding dedicated solely to meeting the needs of
our own community. Redevelopment allows our City to retain
a portion of existing property assessments and mark them
specifically for local investment — without raising taxes.
Riverside Named in Top 7
Intelligent Communities announced that Riverside was
named to the Top 7 Intelligent Communities of the Year.
Riverside is one of only three U.S. cities identified as
global leaders in innovation and municipal technologies.
Riverside Arts Walk
Riverside Arts Walk is one of the most entertaining events
in the Inland Empire. This monthly event happens again
this Thursday, February 3, from 6 – 9 p.m. along
University and Mission Inn Avenues between Main and
Lemon Streets. Museum admission is free during this event.
The Sound of Music
by Performance Riverside
Performance Riverside is delighted to present The Sound
of Music, the world’s most beloved musical. Shows are
Saturday, February 5 at 2 and 8 p.m. and Sunday, February
6 at 2 p.m. at the Landis Performing Arts Center.

The Galleria at Tyler Farmer’s Market boasts an
incredible community of family farms that make this
event a new local tradition all year long. Come every
Sunday from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. The market is
located in the parking lot in front of Barnes & Noble.
