Riverside’s Sendai Relief Fund

The City of Riverside expresses its condolences to
all who are affected by the earthquake, tsunami and
nuclear crisis in Japan, especially its Sister City Sendai. 
It’s more important than ever that we extend a helping hand
 to our friends in Japan. The City of Riverside has set a goal
 to raise $1 million dollars for relief efforts in Sendai. Click

Redevelopment makes
affordable housing possible

Redevelopment is the main funding source for the
development of affordable housing. Over the past
ten years, Riverside’s Redevelopment Agency has
invested more than $37 million in affordable housing

Celebrate Dance 2011

Spring Egg Hunt at Bryant Park

Hop into Bryant Park this Saturday, April 23, at 10 a.m.
for the Arlanza neighborhood spring egg hunt. This FREE
 event will feature face painting, balloon sculptors, jumpers,

Mount Rubidoux  
Easter Sunrise Service

The community is invited to an inter-denominational
Easter Sunrise Service on top of Mount Rubidoux on
Sunday, April 24, at 6 a.m. This service has been a Riverside
 tradition since 1909. The service is FREE and parking is available
 at the base of Mount Rubidoux along San Andreas Drive,
Glenwood Drive or on the graded lot off Tequesquite Avenue.
