2011 Inland Empire Heart Walk 
The American Heart Association is the largest voluntary health
organization working to prevent, treat and defeat heart disease,
stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. Help in their fight at

8th Annual Chinese Moon Festival
The Chinese Moon Festival is a traditional Chinese celebration that
dates back to the Tang Dynasty. Join us at the Riverside Metropolitan
Museum’s Heritage House on Sunday, September 11, from 6 – 8 p.m.,
for a FREE evening of storytelling, mooncakes and tea, chopstick
training, games and crafts, Tai Chi demonstrations and more.

Mayor’s Ball for the Arts
Join us at Downtown Riverside’s Historic White Park on Saturday,
September 17, at 5 p.m., for the Riverside Arts Council’s Mayor's Ball
for the Arts. Proceeds from “The Best Party in Riverside,” will help fund
the Community Arts Partnership grant, providing support to community-
based performing and visual arts projects serving more than 50,000
