If you live, work, or go to college in the City of Riverside, please
take the Community Quality of Life
Survey online. The purpose of the survey is to gather, analyze and
share actionable data about the
opinions of the community regarding their quality of life. We aim to
set a baseline for long-term measurement
of the Seizing Our Destiny vision and
spark community-wide engagement that promotes and improves
our quality of life. We value your opinion and want to know how you
perceive life in Riverside.

An Exciting Week at the Fox!
It all starts on Thursday, April 11th at 7:30 p.m. when funny man
Brian Regan returns to the Fox for
another sold out standup show! Then on Saturday, April 13th at 8
p.m., come to the Fox for a night of
classic rock when The Doobie Brothers perform with special guests
the Chris Thayer Band!
Walk with the Mayor
Come meet Mayor Bailey and enjoy a family-friendly morning walk this
Saturday, April 13th,
at 8 a.m. Beginning at the César Chávez Community Center, we will
make several stops along the
scenic route to enjoy conversation and various places of interest.
Celebrate Earth Day at Citrus State Historic Park
Statewide, thousands of volunteers plant trees, restore trails and
wildlife habitat, and clean up beaches
and park lands. Millions of others learn about simple things that
can be done every day to protect our precious
natural resources. Join our Community this Saturday at 9 a.m. and
help restore our park.

11th Annual Riverside International Film Festival
The Riverside International Film Festival, which is becoming the
premiere film festival in the region and on
the international festival scene, celebrates their Annual Gala,
April 19th at 6 p.m. at the Culver Center. The Riverside
International Film Festival is a great opportunity for residents of
Riverside and the Inland Empire to experience
the world in five event-filled days.
8th Annual Salute to Veterans Parade
Get your flags ready for The Salute to Veterans Parade which honors
veterans of all ages and eras.
On April 20th, on Magnolia Ave. at 10 a.m. there will be over 300
entries including marching bands, fly-overs,
equestrian units, color guards, marching units, antique cars,
military vehicles, and floats.
The Tamale Festival will be held on Saturday, April 20th, in
Riverside's White Park, from 11a.m. to 6 p.m.
Highlights of the festival include food and gift vendors, music,
dance, entertainment, children's activities and a
historical exhibit on the Trujillo Adobe and La Placita de Los
