Hints on reporting graffiti and earning a reward
- More is Better: The more information you can give in your report the better the chances your call will lead to an arrest and possible reward.
Make note of an accurate description of the taggers; what they are wearing, what their graffiti is like, the colors used, their names; where they came from or where they live; description of any vehicle they used, and an accurate location of the vandalism. - Make a timely report: Reporting graffiti vandalism as soon as possible makes it easier for police to investigate the activity and the vandals, and more likely to lead to an arrest.
- Keep Safe: Avoid confronting vandals, leave that to the police.
