The Health and Wellness Program (“Program”) is coordinated by the City of Riverside (“City”). The Program relies on the good faith participation of businesses, patrons and third parties, which are not affiliated with the City of Riverside in any way. The City of Riverside shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury caused to or suffered by a patron, business, merchant, person or other legal entity, participating in the Program (“Participants”). The City makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, concerning the Participants, their qualifications, products (including warranties of fitness and merchantability), offers, acceptances, representations of any kind, the availability of a product, and fulfillment of a promotion, contest or prize offered through the Program. As a condition of participating in the Program, Participants agree to and shall hold the City harmless in any claim and for any loss or damages arising out of the Program.
