Volume 4 of 4
On Spine: Index to Grantors Grantees/N-R/1884 and prior dates/S., P., & C.
Alphabetical index by first letter of grantee's and grantor's name to land transfers made in that portion of San Bernardino County which became part of Riverside County. Citations are given to San Bernardino County record books. No other information is given in the entries. This compilation was obviously made shortly after the formation of Riverside County in May 1893. The new County appears in only six entries as a grantee or grantor. The identity of the "S., P., & C." is unknown; it could possibly refer to the Southern Pacific Railroad or the affiliate land company.
