Description

The project entails sidewalk improvements on Gould Street between Jones Avenue and Crest Avenue and street improvements along Gramercy Place between Jones Avenue and Tyler Street.

The sidewalk improvements on Gould Street generally include, but are not limited to:

  • Excavation and vegetation trimming;
  • Construction or reconstruction of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, wheelchair ramps, driveways, chain link fencing and gates, wrought iron gates, and reconstruction of an existing storm drain system and new asphalt pavement.

The street improvements on Gramercy Place generally include, but are not limited to:

  • excavation and vegetation trimming;
  • Cold milling, new asphalt pavement, and slurry;
  • Construction of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and driveways;
  • Parkway drainage culvert reconstruction, new pavement markings and signing, construction of new block wall and chain link fencing, and reconstruction of wrought iron gate.
