Commercial Vehicle Parking

It is unlawful to park a commercial vehicle with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 10,000 pounds or more and all commercial trailers or semi-trailers in any of the following locations:

• On any public street, highway, road or alley within the city except for those locations designated by the City Traffic Engineer and identified by signs indicating commercial vehicle parking authorized.
