Riverside, Ca- Funeral services for slain Riverside Police Detective Doug Jacobs III will take place at Harvest Christian Fellowship Church on Thursday, January 18, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. The church is located at 6115 Arlington Avenue in the city of Riverside. Graveside services and interment will follow at Olivewood Cemetery, located at 3300 Central Avenue in Riverside.
