Robbery & Kidnapping Suspects Arrested

Riverside, Ca-  On Saturday, 06-02-2001, 3:00P.M.., Riverside Police Officers responded to the area of Morristown and Delta in reference to a an assault victim. Upon the officers arrival, they contacted the victim, who advised that he had been kidnaped, beat up and robbed by some subjects that he knew. Apparently, while in one of the subject’s apartment at 11300 Magnolia, one of the subjects became angry at him because he wouldn’t drive them to Compton. One of the subjects pulled a gun and all three robbed him of his property and money. They then escorted him to one of the subjects’ car and ordered him in. He got in the back seat and two subjects sat on either side of him, while the third subject drove. They drove him around for awhile and finally stopped at the post office near LaSierra and Pierce. They told the victim that they were going to kill him and started pulling him out of the car. The victim started resisting and all three suspects started beating and kicking him. One of the suspects put the gun to the victim’s face, but a bystander came by and all the suspects fled. The victim was taken to the hospital for medical attention.

At Approximately 8:00P.M., Officers responded out to 11170 Magnolia and made contact with the victim again, who had been released from the hospital. The victim had drove by the apartment of the subject who robbed him and saw one of the suspects there. Officers responded to this location and arrested Ben Goode, 21 Years Old, Riverside Resident and William Jackson, 22 Years, Compton Resident for robbery and kidnaping. The third suspect - Enrique Santos, 18 Years Old, Riverside Resident is still wanted. Enrique drives a Black 2001 Honda Civic 4dr. A search of the apartment also yielded 12 pound of marijuana.
