Missing Person

Riverside, Ca-  On Tuesday, May 15, 2001, at approximately 11:34 A.M., officers from the Riverside Police Department were called by concerned family members to a residence in the 3700 block of San Simeon Way. The family members informed the officers that their 81-year-old mother and her vehicle were missing from her residence where she lived by herself. Detectives from the General Investigations Bureau were called to the residence and believe foul play was involved in the woman’s disappearance. Evidence Technicians from the Riverside Police Department and California Department of Justice Crime Lab were called to the residence.

The missing person was identified as Geraldine Myers, White female, 81-years-old, 5’ tall, 97 pounds, light brown hair, and blue eyes. Her vehicle was described as a 1983 Toyota Corolla four door, copper in color, with California license plate number 1HQC197. Ms. Myers was not known to have any physical or mental disabilities. She was last seen at her residence on Sunday, May 13, 2001, at approximately 8:45 P.M.
