Chief Leach Announces Promotions as Part of Department Re-Organization

Riverside, Ca-  On Tuesday November 13, 2001 Chief Russ Leach presented a re-organization plan to the Riverside City Council. Included in the plan was the addition of two Police Lieutenants (one as a result of a sergeant upgrade), two Police Sergeants, two Police Detectives, one Management Analyst, and the reclassification of one Administrative Services Manager to Police Services Manager. The City Council unanimously approved the plan as presented by Chief Leach.

Chief Leach is pleased to announce that the following persons have been promoted as a result of the implementation of the plan and existing vacancies.
