Compliance Check Leads to 10 Arrests

Riverside, Ca-  On Tuesday, December 10, 2002, members of the Riverside Police Departments Parole, Apprehension and Corrections Team conducted a compliance check at a residence in the 8100 block of Wells Ave. During the search, 10 male and female adults were arrested for charges ranging from possession of narcotics for sales and for Parole and Probation violations. While officers were conducting their search of the residence, they discovered a suspicious device. Due to the possibility of the device being an explosive ordinance, they withdrew from the residence. Officers from the Technical Services Unit responded to the scene and rendered the device safe.

All 10 suspects arrested were booked into the Riverside County Jail.
