Chief Leach to Attend the Mission Grove / Orangecrest Partnership Meeting

Riverside, Ca-  Riverside Police Chief Russ Leach and Councilman Frank Schiavone will attend the November meeting of the Mission Grove – Orangecrest Partnership community group. Chief Leach and Councilman Schiavone will be addressing local community efforts and concerns. Chief Leach will do a presentation of a proposed plan to decentralize the police department into precinct stations. This concept will bring full-service police and city community service stations into local areas.

The event will be Wednesday, November 20, 2002 at 6:30 p.m., at Earhart Middle School, 20202 Aptos Street, Riverside, CA. 92508.
