Decoy program aims at sales to minors
 

Riverside, Ca-  Riverside Police and the state Department of Alcohol Beverage Control will conduct decoy programs in the city during the next three months. The programs will take place in liquor stores, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. It will target people who sell alcohol to minors or buy alcohol for them. People who are caught selling to or buying for minors will be arrested. ABC will take administrative action against licenses in those establishments.
