Riverside, Ca- On May 9, 2003 at approximately 0900 hours, Riverside Police Officers responded to the Riverside Unified School District Administrative Offices located at 3380 14th Street, regarding a man creating a disturbance. The man was later identified as Donald Moore, 53 years old of Lake Hills.
Mr. Moore made several threats of violence towards an RUSD Assistant Superintendent and members of the office staff. Mr. Moore fled the scene prior to the arrival of officers. Riverside Police Officers later contacted Mr. Moore at his residence and placed him under arrest. Mr. Moore was booked at the Riverside County Jail for the following charges:
8 counts of California Penal Code §71 Threatening school or public officers or employees.
8 counts of California Penal Code §422 Criminal Threats.
8 counts of California Penal Code §415 Disturbing the peace.
