Riverside, Ca- At about 11:00 AM on Thursday
January 20, 2005, officers responded to a residence in the 10000 block of Cass
St. regarding a report of numerous juvenile going in and out of a residence.
Officers contacted the subjects at the residence and determined that numerous
high school students from out of the immediate area were attending a party
advertised by a flier offering free alcohol, dancing, videos and "sexy little
games". Due to the involvement of juveniles and the nature of the flier
advertising the party, RPD School Resources Officers and Detectives responded
and assisted with the investigation.
Officers found 3 juvenile subjects suffering adverse effects from drinking too
much alcohol and they were transported to a local hospital for treatment. 18
juvenile subjects were released to their parents or school officials.
The owner/renter of the residence, Eduardo Palomo 24, was arrested and booked
into the Robert Presley Detention Center for Child Endangerment and Contributing
to the Delinquency of a Minor.
