On January 10, 2004 at approximately 8:45 PM,
Riverside Police Officers responded to the 3500 block of Banbury Drive,
regarding a call of a subject down. Initial responding officers located a
deceased adult male. The identity of the victim is not being released, pending
next of kin notification. The cause of death has not been determined and this
investigation is continuing. Anyone with information regarding this incident is
