Riverside, Ca- Riverside Police have arrested
the parents of an 18-month-old child that drowned in the family pool.
On September 30, 2004, officers responded to the hysterical cries of a woman in
the back yard of her residence, yelling that her child had drowned. The officers
found the child had already been pulled out of the pool. Medical aid was
requested as the officers began CPR. The child was transported to Parkview
Hospital but could not be revived.
Devin Harmon and Rosalinda Saldana were booked at the Robert Presley Detention
Center in Riverside. They were charged with Felony Child Endangerment.
