Serial Robber Arrested

Riverside, Ca-  On November 27, 2004 two armed robberies occurred in Riverside, one at 5:30 PM in the 1800 block of University Ave and the other at 7:46 PM in the 4000 block of University Ave.

On November 29, 2004 three armed robberies occurred in Riverside, one at 12:24 PM in the 2000 block of University Ave, another at 6:22 PM in the 1700 block of University and yet another at 6:41 PM in the 2100 block of University Avenue.

On November 29, 2004 Officers Chad Milby and Eric Meier were working a Holiday Robbery Detail and conducted a traffic stop at Kansas and University at 7:39 PM. The driver matched the suspect description of the serial robber and was on found to be currently on parole. Evidence linking him to the robberies was found within the vehicle. Detectives were notified and responded to continue the investigation. The suspect was subsequently booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for robbery and for violating his parole. He is being held without bail.
