University and Chicago Shooting

Riverside, Ca- On Tuesday March 7, 2006 at about 0150 hours officers responded to the parking lot on the S/W corner of University and Chicago reference a possible gunshot victim. Upon arrival Officers located a male Hispanic approximately 25 years old with a single gunshot wound to the neck. The subject was treated at the scene by Riverside Fire Department and American Medical Response personnel and was transported to Riverside Community Hospital. Neither his name nor condition was available at the time of this release.

Witnesses described the possible suspects as four to five male Hispanics, last seen driving S/B on Chicago in a blue Dodge Ram pick up. No further information is available at this time.
