Senior Conference coming March 21
Riverside, Ca- The Golden Years can sometimes be muddied or tarnished by the complexities of health care and insurance,
changing needs for personal safety or by scammers who prey upon seniors with fraud schemes. Helpful tips are on the way!
The Riverside Police Department and the Janet Goeske Senior Center are jointly sponsoring the 3rd Annual Senior Conference for City
residents interested in an array of senior citizen concerns, on Tuesday, March 21, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Topics will include
crime prevention, personal safety, health, legal and other issues of concern to seniors, their families and caregivers. All are welcome.
There is no fee for the conference itself, but a $2 donation for seniors’ lunch is appreciated. Lunch cost for those under age 62 is $5.50.
Contact Police Service Representative Nancy Castillo at (951) 320-8042 to reserve a space at this valuable and enjoyable morning conference.
