Homicide suspect identified

Riverside, Ca- Riverside Police investigators have identified a suspect in the January 30 homicide of a man run over by a vehicle at 9:21 p.m.,Tuesday, at the parking lot of the McDonald’s restaurant at University and Eucalyptus avenues.

Jose Guadalupe ROSALES, a Hispanic male, 41, has been identified as the suspect in the case. Rosales is still at large. His last known residence is in the Mira Loma area of Riverside County. Rosales is described as 5’7” and 220 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.

The Riverside County Coroner has not released the name of the victim, a 33-year-old black male.

Initial investigation indicates that the victim argued with the suspect before the suspect jumped into a nearby vehicle, struck the victim with the car, which was then abandoned at the scene. The suspect fled on foot.
