Vehicle into Residence

Riverside, Ca- On Sunday February 4, 2007 at approximately 9:50 P.M. officers from the Riverside Police Department responded to a reported vehicle into a residence in the 8300 block of Greenpoint. When officer arrived they found a 1999 Dodge Stratus, driven by 18 year-old Andres Pardo had collided with the front of a residence. Officers determined Pardo accidentally pressed the accelerator as opposed to the brake while back the vehicle out of the driveway and his vehicle collided with the front of the residence across the street, trapping two females inside the residence.

Riverside Fire Department personnel extracted the two females from the residence and both were transported to a local hospital for treatment of non life threatening injuries. Injured in the accident were 83 year-old Rose Stack of Riverside, who suffered facial lacerations and a possible broken leg and 53 year-old Lynn Stack also of Riverside who suffered head and facial lacerations.
