Riverside Airport's full service runways feature ILS, GPS, and VOR approaches for all weather arrivals and departures. The main runway, RWY 9-27, measures 5400 x 100 and accommodates GV, Falcon 50, Challenger Citation X, and all similar business-class aircraft. The Airport's current Master Plan will lengthen this runway to 6,153 feet in the near future. Runway 27 is also served by a Visual Approach Slope Indicator.
The Airport's crosswind runway, RWY 16-34, is 2850 x 45 and is perfectly suited for small cabin-class aircraft and smaller in crosswind conditions from the north. This runway (Rwy 34) is also served by a Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI).
Riverside Airport is one of the largest corporate airports in southern California. In fact, Riverside Airport compares in size to John Wayne Airport in Orange County.
|Main Runway Length||5400 x 100||5700 x 100|
|Second Runway Length||2851 x 45||2800 x 50|
With over 100 acres planned for development, this Airport is continuing to add to its infrastructure to support rapidly growing regional corporate aviation activity.
