Join the UCR Orchestra and Concert Band for our Fall concert. The Orchestra proudly features as special guest artist the clarinetist Pedro Rubio from Turina Conservatory in Madrid, in a movement from Weber’s Clarinet Concerto No. 2, and will also perform William Grant Still’s lovely Summerland and Brahms’s masterly Variations on a Theme by Haydn. The Concert Band performs great band classics by Vaughan Williams, Grainger, Schuman, and Codina.
Ruth Charloff and Armando Dueñas conduct.
