Inland Empire Small Business Development Center Training Seminar: This seminar will offer employers a discussion on how to reduce their company's risk of fines, penalties and employment related lawsuits by providing the tools and training to identify and correct areas of non-compliance within the company's human resources function. Topics to be discussed include: key compliance requirements relating to recruitment, hiring, employee classifications, meal and rest periods, timekeeping, record keeping, payment of wages, leave of absences, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
