The City of Riverside Fire Department responded to 11070 Magnolia for a report of smoke inside the building.  The first arriving unit found a working structure fire in the front office of a very large commercial building with the occupants evacuated.  An attack on the fire was initiated, and the fire was held to the room of origin.  The building's sprinkler system activated which caused water damage to a portion of the building.  The cause of the fire was a failure of powered equipment in the fire room.  The loss was estimated at $15000 with a save of $5,000,000.  One firefighter suffered a minor injury as a result of the incident.
