FINAL UPDATE
The City of Riverside Fire Department responded to a residential structure fire at 11:24 in the 11300 block of Cambridge Street. Upon arrival, the first unit noted light smoke coming from the attic vents of a small, single-story residence. Crews quickly identified the fire confined to the attic space and promptly extinguished it while taking measures to minimize damage to unaffected areas of the house. Arson investigators were informed and provided assistance in determining the cause and origin of the fire. Building and Safety authorities were notified to address any potential structural issues. The homeowners were briefed on the incident's cause and the extent of damage to their property. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries among firefighters or civilians. Damage to the residence was estimated at $45,000.

The City of Riverside Fire Department is currently on scene in the 11300 block of Cambridge St for a residential attic fire. The fire is contained and isolated to the attic space.
