The City of Riverside Fire Department will once again join KABC 7 for the 20th annual Spark of Love? Toy Drive. This campaign collects new, unwrapped toys and sporting equipment for the under-served children in our communities. Last year alone,Spark of Love collected over half a million toys within all five Southern California counties and 7,500 toys were collected in the City of Riverside. Toys collected here are distributed locally to the children within the City of Riverside.

You can support the Spark of Love Toy Drive by bringing a new unwrapped toy or sporting equipment to any of the Fourteen (14) City of Riverside Fire Stations. You can locate your local fire station by using this link,
Collections will be accepted from November 12th through December 24th.

You may also donate by attending one of these events:

City of Riverside Fire vs. Police Softball Game December 8th at Hunter Park located at 1401 Iowa Avenue. Game will start at 11am. The winner will be awarded the annual ceremonial trophy to be taken back to their department and displayed with pride.

Mission Inn Ice Skating - On December 10th and 19th everyone who brings a toy will receive a free ice skating session ,a $10.00 value, that is valid Monday Thursday (excludes skate rental)

The Metro-Link Holiday Train will be arriving to entertain community members at the
La Sierra Train Station on Saturday, December 22nd, at 5:00 pm. The station is located at 10901 Indiana Avenue near La Sierra Avenue. City of Riverside Firefighters will be on hand to receive donated unwrapped toys or sporting equipment. We encourage you to bring your family and friends to enjoy this years holiday show.
