Subject: Residential Structure Fire

The City of Riverside Fire Department responded to a report of a residential structure fire in the area of Hawarden C/O Arlington. The first arriving unit reported that they were on scene of a bi-level single family home that was possibly vacant and boarded up. The residence was fully involved with a partial roof collapse and no other exposures were threatened. A second alarm assignment along with an AMR unit was requested. A total of 29 fire personnel responded including four engines, three ladder trucks, one squad, one battalion chief and two fire investigators.

Fire crews attacked and extinguished the fire and prevented any addition damage to surrounding structures. There were no trapped occupants; no injuries were reported of civilians or fire personnel.
