Shared responsibility: this is the approach our City volunteers take to ensure that Riverside is a thriving community. Each year, more than 600 volunteers contribute over 40,000 hours of their personal time to positively influence the community they live, work, or have close ties to.
Volunteers all across the City take on important roles of coordinating community education events, acting as tour guides, leading book sale fundraisers, and modeling good sportsmanship as a youth sports coaches. Whatever YOUR talent or interest is, there is likely to be a volunteer position for you!
