Police Seek Information About Robbery Suspects

Riverside, Ca-  Investigators with the Riverside Police Department are requesting assistance from the public to help identify two suspects who police believe are responsible for several robberies of businesses in the City of Riverside.  In the most recent robbery the male suspect sustained moderate to severe burns to his face, arms and chest when doused with hot cooking oil during a struggle with an employee.  It is believed the injuries were sufficient enough to require medical treatment.  Checks at local hospitals have proven negative.  The male and female suspects are described as follows:

Male Hispanic or Caucasian, early 20s, 507-509, 120-130 lbs, short dark hair.

Female Hispanic or Caucasian, early 20s, 507-510, 140-160 lbs., brown eyes, brown hair (possibly dyed).

Suspects are believed to be driving a dark colored (possibly Green) 90s Plymouth Neon or Pontiac Sunbird.

The suspects are considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information is requested to contact Detective Jay Greenstein at (909) 320-8058 or Detective Curt Seymore at (909) 320-8052
