Bilingual Volunteers needed to help youth experiencing foster care - Learn about the CASA Program!

Event Information

Thursday, March 28, 2024

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are volunteers trained by Voices for Children and matched with a child or sibling group in foster care.

A CASA spends quality time with the youth and learns about every aspect of their case. This allows the CASA to effectively advocate for them in court, school, medical settings, and more to ensure all of their personalized needs are being met. A CASA makes sure a child’s voice is heard.

Many children in Riverside County foster care are currently waiting for a CASA volunteer of their own. With just 10-15 hours a month, you can help a child thrive and put them on a path toward a successful future. To learn more about the role of a CASA, sign up for an online Volunteer Information Session at https://www.speakupnow.org/volunteer
