“How Does the Inland Empire Strike Back Against Hate?” will take place on Tuesday, July 16 at 6:30 PM at UCR ARTS in Downtown Riverside. The panel discussion will be moderated by Professor Emeritus at Cal State San Bernardino’s School of Criminal Justice, Brian Levin, and features California State Assemblymember Corey A. Jackson, ACLU SoCal Senior Policy Advocate and Organizer Luis Nolasco, and Mapping Black California project director Candice Mays, who will tackle questions about the past, present, and future of the region’s fight against exclusion, harassment, and violence.
