Pawlished Paws 14th annual "Howl O Ween Pet Costume Contest is a free event for all age groups. $3500 worth of prizes are given away to more than 20 lucky winners. Categories include Most Original, Best Group, Scariest, and Best Homemade Costume, and Judges Choice awards. After the Towne Centre kicks off the Kids Codyume Contest and finally the merchant Trick or Treat begins. Come Join the Fun
