World premiere of Journey to the Center of the Earth, a storytelling extravaganza for orchestra, chorus and narrator based on Jules Verne’s famous science fiction novel. With vivid music by Tim Labor and lively narration by guest artist Martha Demson, this FREE one-hour event is for anyone interested in tales of adventure, including kids and families. Featuring the UCR Orchestra and Chamber Singers, conducted by Ruth Charloff. Sponsored by Esther Hays Family Concert Series of UCR Orchestra.
ADMISSION
FREE and open to the public
Come early; seating limited to 450 for each performance.
PARKING
On weekends, starting at 12:00 p.m. on Fridays until 6:00 a.m. on Monday morning, the following lots do not require a paid permit when parking in the unreserved spaces:

Lot 13 Blue
Big Springs Parking Structure 2
Gold lots (26, 30, and 50).
