Presented by the Relevancy and History Program at California Citrus State Historic Park. The California Dream, sunshine, and good living were first defined by the crate-label artists of the early citrus industry. We will explore the identities and legacies of these often-uncredited visionaries. Adam Brodner is the new Relevancy and History Program Coordinator at California Citrus State Historic Park and is grateful to have finally found his place. A degree in fine arts and years of experience in education, design, and service have given Adam a unique perspective on storytelling and the power of inclusion. His approach to interpretation is the same as his design philosophy- celebrating the value of what is often discarded or ignored. Every day, Adam is humbled to learn more about the complete story of California's Historic citrus industry, and he hopes you'll find a little inspiration for the future as we learn together about the past.
