One Community, Many Voices -- Community Read and Discussion

Event Information

03/01/2021 - 10:00am to 03/31/2021 - 5:00pm

Inlandia at Home is pleased to announce the second half of One Community, Many Voices, a community read and discussion project spanning two years and two books and celebrating the voices of queer writers of color who live or work in – or write about – the Inland Southern California region. The project launched last fall with "There Should be Flowers" by Joshua Jennifer Espinoza, and continues this spring with "Still Water Saints" by Inland Empire writer Alex Espinoza.

The Spring 2021 series begins when participants pick up and read their FREE copy of "Still Water Saints," available March 1-31 at their favorite local library. A LIVE chat with author Alex Espinoza and Richard T. Rodriguez, the project’s humanities advisor, is scheduled for March 26 at 7:00 PM on Zoom. RSVP for the webinar here: https://tinyurl.com/StillWaterSaints.

Virtual community book discussions are planned for three consecutive Sundays in April – April 11, 18 and 25 – from 4:00-5:00 PM. To register: https://tinyurl.com/OneCommunityBookDiscussions.
