The Spark of Love program is offered in collaboration with the Riverside Fire Department. Fire personnel are responsible for gathering toys and PRCSD staff are responsible for distributing the toys at community centers located throughout the City of Riverside.

Youth ages 17 and under are eligible to participate. Parents need to complete the Spark of Love application, provide proof of residency (92501-92508), valid ID, and birth certificates at time of registration in order for youth to receive a toy. Please note, gifts for children aged 13-17 are based on donations and are not guaranteed.

Registration begins November 20- December 11. Toys will be distributed December 18 (no exchanges on toys).
