A free three-hour community event focused on adults, especially senior citizens and people with
disabilities, to experience the joy of water aerobics in a fun, party-like atmosphere. Attendees will have
the opportunity to try one of our year-round heated swimming pools at our beautiful, Shamel Park
location while supporting the AAF, whose goal is to educate seniors and the disabled about water
aerobics. With a combination of booths, entertainment, and outreach to our community, we plan to
show them what our program, and the community that helps to support it, provide.
