Temporary Moratorium on Tenant Evictions Due to COVID-19

EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT (ESG) CARES ACT FUNDING

The City received $968,672 of FY 2019- 2020 ESG CARES Act funding to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus pandemic among individuals and families who are homeless or receiving homeless assistance and to support additional homeless assistance and homeless prevention activities to mitigate the impacts of COVID- 19.

The City will be appropriating the funds as follows:

The Riverside County Housing Authority Contact Information

The Riverside County Housing Authority is administered under the umbrella of the County Economic Development Agency, and runs the County's affordable housing programs. These programs include first time homebuyer assistance, the Mortgage Credit Certificate Program, HOME projects, rehabilitation loans, and tenant-based and project-based rental assistance (including Section 8 rental vouchers).
