Smithsonian Scientist Rusty Russell, Natural History Curator James Bryant, and Tracy Albrecht the Interpretation Specialist for the Bureau of Land Management, will walk up Mt. Rubidoux . They will be talking to park visitors about the ecosystem of Mt. Rubidoux and how to identify plants.

Meet Smithsonian Scientist Rusty Russell, Botanist, US National Herbarium, National Museum of Natural History and learn more about ways you can study nature in your neighborhoods and back yards. Demonstrations, workshops and hands-on activities will help everyone feel more prepared to provide data useful in scientific studies.
