Rusty Bailey

Mayor Rusty Bailey has served as a helicopter pilot, Platoon Leader and Company Executive Officer in the U.S. Army. Rusty has worked for the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development & the President of the United States as a Presidential Management Fellow. He enjoys spending time with his two daughters, Elizabeth and Julia and his wife, Judy.

Glenn Rowden

Glenn Rowden founded Champion Electric Inc. in 1991. He wanted to create a company that would provide Southern California with excellent electrical service and encourage its employees to be “Believers in Excellence”. Glenn is a true Champion for his hometown, Riverside, CA.
