Nature in Watercolor and Sketch
Date: Saturday, February 9, 2013
Time: 1 – 4 pm
Location: Meet at the top of Mt. Rubidoux. Please note there are no restrooms/facilities available for your use. Please plan accordingly.
Cost: Free, No reservation required
Ages: All ages welcome, Best for ages 10 and up. All children (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Activities: Nature art workshop led by Art Instructor Kathie Dillon. Watercolor or sketching instruction for still life with found objects from nature or landscapes. Materials: Bring your own art materials and chair (watercolor paints, pencils, erasers, sketch paper/board, etc.)


Painted Rock Art

Location: Louis Rubidoux Nature Center (5370 Riverview Drive., Riverside CA 92509)
Cost: Free, no reservation required
Ages: All ages welcome, Best for ages 10 and up. All children (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Activities: Rock art workshop led by Art Instructor Kathie Dillon. All materials will be provided for you. Learn to paint rocks using Native American motifs.
